Payout of referral bonus will be done after the selected candidate completes successful 3 months with the company from the date of onboarding.
If the selected candidate resigns and get terminated due to non-performance from the company before the 3 months then the scheme will not be applicable and the amount will not be payable
Mode of payment will be NEFT
The amount shall be credited within 7 days after the successful completion of 3 months of the referred candidate.
The program will only be applicable for new hires not for rejoining.
The referred candidate must not have applied directly with the employer in the last 6 months
